Prior to Yash and c5mi, Don spent 12 years with Caterpillar Inc. leading a $1.5B+ product group with 11 factories across the globe and over 1,500 employees. John Gretter is VP, SAP Strategic Alliance with YASH Technologies. What John enjoys most about his role is engaging with the YASH North America Sales Team, as well as SAP's Account Executives. John likes to summarize his role as that of the "communication hub" between YASH and SAP. Along with engaging SAP's account team, John has the distinction of serving on YASH Technologies North American Leadership Team. Serving alongside the other members of the Leadership Team allows John the opportunity to keep the YASH/SAP relationship front and center as YASH Technologies embraces their aggressive growth plans. John's favorite part of working with YASH Technologies is getting to engage with the abundance of fantastic thought leaders throughout the organization.

Derek R Dyer is the Managing Partner for the C5MI business transformation firm. C5MI solves manufacturing, supply chain, and asset maintenance business challenges by merging people, process and technology. Derek Dyer spent 17 years at John Deere working in a variety of leadership positions across Information Technology, manufacturing, and supply chain. After leaving John Deere, Derek became an independent consultant as an SAP HANA evangelist working with firms to adopt the new technology to drive exponential business benefit. Derek joined Caterpillar as an IT executive where he held primary responsibility for a majority of the company’s IT applications. In 2017, along with his business partner, Derek started C5MI to fill a market need for business practitioners that can effectively span across the intersection of business process excellence, information technology, and operational technology.

Dennis Goad, Jr. is the Infrastructure Service Line owner for YASH Americas. He is responsible for driving thought leadership and ensuring YASH delivers excellence in infrastructure for business solutions. He has proven, hands-on experience in various technical platforms, has led global teams of 100+ at a Fortune 100 company and brings experience as a managed services client. Dennis is not only a technical expert but has built his success around strategically partnering with business leaders on innovative IT solutions that drive value.

Marty Groover is currently leading Partner in Industry 4.0 practice for the C5MI business transformation firm. He leads functional and technical teams that solve manufacturing business challenges by merging people, process and technology to create C5MI’s Live Factory® and Digital Reliability Centered Maintenance® solutions for Industry 4.0. C5MI solutions converge Information Technology with Operational Technology to create a live supply chain and manufacturing “Common Operational Picture” focused on operational execution to improve business outcomes. Marty Groover spent 22 years in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer responsible for the operations and maintenance of weapons systems, communications and computer systems. Upon retiring he joined Caterpillar and held positions as 6 Sigma Black Belt, Manufacturing Engineer, Operations and Facility Manager in several manufacturing facilities. In his last role he led the Global ERP Deployment and Support services division.

Praveen Kumar is Microsoft Practice Head at YASH Technologies, with 20+ years of broad-based successful experience in the areas of Digital Transformation, Cloud Application Migration, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Design, Project Management, Program Management and Implementation in enterprise-wide Business Process Management, ERP, CRM, Web Technology, E-Commerce. He is responsible for catalyzing the expansion of high-end digital technology growth in Microsoft Space, ensuring a creation of highly talented resource pool and working closely with workforce management, talent acquisition, and competency development teams on the Microsoft Technology Product Cloud Suite. With Praveen's thought leadership, YASH Microsoft team has created over 120 + cloud solutions on Azure, Office 365, AI/ML, BlockChain, IOT, Mixed Reality, Drone, Azure Kinect, Bots, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Logic Apps with a laser focus to solve Industry specific problems and accelerate customers’ cloud journey.

Matthew Stemmler spent 14 years at Caterpillar in a variety of leadership positions across manufacturing, operations and information technology. A veteran of New Product Introduction (NPI) and plant start-ups Matthew became a champion for leveraging technology to improve business outcomes. In 2017, Matthew partnered with SAP to bring several new Leonardo technologies to the marketplace through co-development. In 2019, Matthew joined C5MI to expand the influence of operational intelligence to all companies. Matthew is a proven thought leader bringing new capability to the manufacturing space leveraging Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Mr. Jacinto Arauz serves as VP of Mid-Market at YASH Technologies. Mr. Arauz leads all North American sales partner and channel activities, and is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing YASH’s sales teams, driving business development partnerships, and expanding market penetration into companies who are less than 1B in revenue. He brings 20+ years of executive-level experience in managing international sales teams, developing channels, and driving sales growth. His background includes helping companies with software selections, product implementations, and customer support, with a focus on companies in the manufacturing industry. Mr. Arauz holds a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University

Yogesh Nagpal brings 18+ years of experience in the EHS and Sustainability Space. Having spent over 12+ years in YASH Technologies, Yogesh is the Global Head for EHS Centre of Excellence. He has an Engineering and then a Master’s degree in Business Administration and list of certifications he has completed in the Safety, Environment and Sustainability domain. Yogesh is a transformation leader in this niche domain and has been engaged with quite many Fortune 500 companies, in providing consulting and designing their digital / technology roadmap.
