With more than 4500 employees across 28 countries, the client wanted to evolve, simplify and create a uniform IT SAP landscape with easier maintenance
Given that the client’s data was growing by 10% y-o-y, processing such high volumes resulted in high latency during the generation of analytical reports. This not only hurt their forecasting and demand planning, but also led to a high number of IT-related incidents and latency in decision-making response times. With the multiple SAP suite components scattered in multiple environments, there was a need to improve the processing capability of the environment with uniform database architecture and low total cost of ownership.
