The challenge

Due to a large employee base of ~7000 across continents, the client wanted to decrease the cost and time for data archiving, while increasing the system performance

Even after increasing their database size frequently, the client’s existing SAP ERP system was unable to efficiently process reporting, queries and searches. The need was to implement a comprehensive data archiving process with well-defined procedures which would lead to reduced system backup and recovery cost and time.

The solution
