YASH consultants suggested the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors learning management system (LMS) for the client needs. The existing system had been configured to schedule multiple pieces of training in various forms including online, instructor lead courses, on the job training, etc. As per the client’s request, the team customized country-specific workflow approval processes for every training and also tailored notifications for users and supervisors on learning events and activities. The platform was further configured to allow users to suggest training courses that were needed for their existing job.
