The challenge
The client had decided to implement SAP EHSM on Azure Cloud, but was struggling due to the hyper-localized and legacy systems used for its 40+ business units across 12 countries.
The client lacked a dedicated interlinked platform among its units along with its dependency on manual paper-based records for the health and safety processes. They needed a better track of incident reports, lost time records, and injury rate metrics across all business units. There was also the need for comprehensive and adequate compliance to the regional and country regulations of environmental data tracking.
