Headquartered in California, the US, the client is a globally renowned manufacturer of industrial products with strategically positioned distribution out of Australia, Europe, India, Latin America, the UK and Uruguay.

The challenge

In addition to legacy challenges with its core ERP business suite, the client’s HR processes were maintained by an external vendor, which again had a limited interface with the payroll.

As a result, the client wanted to improve customer satisfaction through quick and efficient communication, reduce the cost and improve efficiency for its global operations. The client also wanted clear visibility into the margin calculations and product costings, ensure compliance to export regulations and trade requirements, all while improving inventory planning for enhanced plant efficiency, asset optimization, and reduced operational costs. Consequently, a comprehensive and integrated system for operations was needed to support dynamic growth. An integrated system would allow its organization to track, analyze, and improve business performance.

The solution

Based on business process discovery, onsite discussions, and internal evaluations conducted by YASH Technologies, the deployment of ManufacturingOne, an SAP Business All-in-One solution, was recommended for its current ERP requirements.
