The solution
To initiate the system upgrade, YASH assessed the health of the pre-existing system for upgrade readiness. Over 150 checks of the operating system, database, and SAP components were performed. The team also conducted thorough technical and functional assessments for detailed customizations. Over only seven months, the client’s HR infrastructure was upgraded to pave the way for web-based business applications, with enhancements to support processes including data protection, working time and leave monitoring, integration of timesheets with leave sheets, compensation planning and more.
