The challenge
The client’s main focus was to integrate advanced technologies into its operations to remain competitive across its vast business network spread among 190+ countries. They were experiencing disruption, as downtime in one of the systems led to the unsettling of other systems. Altogether client wanted a unified functional view,business intelligence, and application services and maintenance across various Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Ordering, and Pricing systems.
