Headquartered in South Korea, the client is a long-standing leader in the information and communications industry offering universal telephone services to almost every citizen in the nation.

The challenge

In a rapid scale-mode, the client faced varied complexity, time-constraint, data management related challenges, with a wide number of new services to be launched in a short period.

Not only did the average time to modify offers take a long time, most of the data service orders were also being cancelled before fulfillment. With a high number of complex problems hindering the delivery of products and services within a short period, the client aimed to ensure fulfillment of customer queries and requirements with an immediate priority basis.

The solution

The goal for team YASH was to transform the existing Operational Support System (OSS) and Business Support System (BSS) platforms with Oracle’s RODOD solution. After carefully analyzing the requirements, YASH has proposed the implementation of Oracle’s RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery), a comprehensive platform including everything from Oracle’s product hub, CRM, to billing & revenue management (BRM), application integration architecture (AIA) and more.

Business impact

The solutions and interfaces implemented by team YASH not only helped integrate the client’s CRM and BRM for customer sync, a standard-based and proven middleware solution provided enterprise-wide reference architecture for future integrations. The Oracle AIA for communication providers led to increased operational efficiency, and the end-to-end unified stack from a single vendor led to a significant reduction of the client’s TCO.
