The client’s Germany, France, and Spain entities required a comprehensive P&L reporting solution leveraging SAP. Furthermore, the solution needed to include intercompany sales, transfer prices, and third-party sales across various product lines, with results on operating profit in the reports.

Solution

Following a comprehensive examination of the client’s business requirements, YASH recommended the implementation of Controlling Profitability Analysis (COPA) to meet their needs. Our team utilized the SAP P&L Reporting module, creating a total of seven reports that covered the client’s legal entities in Germany (five reports), France (one report), and Spain (one report). By strengthening operations in these key European markets, the client was able to optimize their business processes to drive growth in the region.
