Description: · Actively engage in building sales pipeline for Automation service line through GTM, Industry Events, and working with Sales · Understanding of design thinking, product management, SDLC, release plan process · Good technical understanding and experience in Automation Concepts of Hyper Automation - RPA, BPMS, Cognitive Automation, UX, Workflow, Integrations, IDP · Development Concepts: .NET, Python, Java, RPA, BPMS · Lead annuity package driven offering with benefits and pertinent Opex based pricing models like CoE As s Service · To engage with marketing to enable GTM, Web site, blogs webinars, social media, newsletters and Event Content · Lead relationship with partners, partner driven events and partner driven revenue streams. · Work with Automation partners across various GEO to enable a joint Goto market and lead joint pursuits. · To engage in identifying new markets and nurture leads with focus on conversion to prospects to customers. · To lead account planning by collaborating with account, sales managers and Automation Consultants to create/build business case and qualify accounts for the Automation business · Lead opportunities with use cases, cost benefit analysis and help customers realize the potential Automation RPA by collaborating with Automation consultants · Identify opportunities along with key win elements, like expressing problem statement, solutions, cost, governance and operating model and help position YASH for better win probability. · Map competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies, often in conjunction with Partners. · Lead customer Proof of concept and scoping workshops. · Support deal negotiations and ensure completeness of the contracts as per legal and business needs. Skills: · Understanding of bid management, Collaboration, Pricing strategy and winning proposals · Exhibit leadership and communication skills · Excellent presentation skills · Show clear inclination and interest in and understanding of the industry – often a technology-related one the ability to research and keep on top of industry developments. · Exhibit influencing and negotiation skills · Demonstrate aptitude for time management and organisation. · Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving ability. · Extensive background in managing and delivering complex RFP with co-ordination between consulting/delivery, corporate pre-sales including Onshore & Offshore counterparts · Experience in dealing with third-party-provided services · Experience in providing accurate and regular reports to the management on the active pipeline, wins and losses with causal analysis · Having a Startup mindset and experience of working in a Startup culture · Experience of working with Small, Medium, and Large Corporate customers · Experience of process management or ownership is preferred. · Experience managing multiple RFPs simultaneously, facilitating status meetings, and presenting to large groups. Qualifications: · Minimum of 4 years of experience in owning and running Corporate Pre-sales Organisation and delivering an annual pipeline of 50+ million · Minimum of 4 years of experience in Packaging offering, Pricing Strategies and winnability analysis of the RFPs. · Minimum of 8 years of Sales, Alliance and Inside Sales Experience. · Should be MBA Holder from any Tier 1 Institution. · Excellent content creation and presentation skills. · Excellent written and Oral communication
